    General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, August 26 reveal Ava Jerome (Maura West) is in damage control mode. Meanwhile, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) gets a sympathetic ear. Plus, Jack Brennan (Chris Mckenna) makes himself clear. Here’s what you need to know.

    General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, August 26: Cooperation, please

    First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Ava issues a warning. Looks like Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is not on board for whatever Ava wants to do to cover up what happened with Ric Webber (Rick Hearst). We don’t know if he’s dead or not after Ava’s attack, but we do know Ava will be in self-preservation mode. To get Kristina’s cooperation, she’ll warn, “If I go down, she goes down.” By that, we assume she means Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Protecting Alexis is the only thing that would make Kristina do anything to help Ava.

    General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, August 26: Lending an ear

    Elsewhere, Lucy confides in Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). We assume she’s going to share the latest about Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). With someone she cares about and is also a big part of Deception in a coma and getting care out of state, Lucy is obviously going to have a lot of emotions. Especially with the BJ Jones (Brighton Hertford) connection. But besides the emotional part, there will also be practical matters to think about, which we believe will come up. In the promo, he promises Lucy the two of them will come up with a solution.

    This is where we have a love/hate thing with Sidwell. While he’s a terrible person, he’s also a far more entertaining villain than a certain sleaze congressman we can think of. But his interactions with Lucy and his son show us a more human side to him. And we believe those moments are genuine.

    In other General Hospital spoilers, it sounds like there’s discord at the WSB. Brennan warns Colette Moreau (Mercedes Lopez Renard), “If I ever have to tell you again, it’ll be the last thing you hear.” Sounds like she’s once more calling his decisions into question and trying to make him do things her way. Colette better watch herself, because we think whatever he has in mind now will be nothing compared to what he’ll do when he learns she’s a mole. One who has put Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) in danger.
