    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday, June 13 reveal Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) continues to wait for a miracle. Meanwhile, things get ugly for Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) Plus, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) has something to deal with. Here’s what you need to know.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday, June 13: Hope springs eternal

    First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) still in bed, Kate sits by his side and hopes for him to wake up. We know she missed the funeral to stick close by. We can definitely understand the motivation. As stupid as Philip can be, he is her son. Plus, she knows Xander is now free on bail, so it’s only natural for her to worry he might try to finish the job when Philip’s alone. It’d be easy enough, too. We’re not sure that hospital knows what security is until it’s a major plot point. As with the Salem PD interrogation room, people wander in and out of rooms they shouldn’t all the time. Heck, a nurse even ran off with the mayor at one point! If Abe Carver (James Reynolds) didn’t get guards at the door, why would Philip?

    Elsewhere, things get worse between Xander and Sarah. Teasers say their daughter is at the center of a fight between them. Obviously, Xander Is going to want to spend time with the child. And Sarah will rightfully be against that, given what she knows Xander did. This will likely devolve into an even worse scene than when Xander learned the truth about Sarah’s cover-up.

    We’re sure with all the resources he has as Titan CEO, he’ll threaten a huge legal battle ahead to protect his rights. Assuming, that is, he doesn’t end up losing the job at some point before that can happen. He did, after all, get arrested for a brutal assault. We’re sure the board at Titan-DiMera isn’t happy. And if Xander does get convicted, he won’t really be able to run things anyway. So, that would definitely kill his chances of waging a custody war and winning.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday, June 13: Realization

    Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal an epiphany. It seems EJ is forced to face a hard truth, thanks to Belle Black (Martha Madison). We know she pretty much ended their relationship because she thinks it’s what John Black (Drake Hogestyn) would want. So, they have two ways to go with this. One, EJ will see just how much his past has cost him and double down on the desire to change. The other? He’ll realize acceptance is not likely in this town, no matter what he does and he’ll decide there’s no point to trying. We wouldn’t be surprised at the latter. Salem can be very picky about who they’ll allow to redeem themselves and who won’t.
