General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 30 reveal Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has a big problem. Meanwhile, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) gets welcome news. Plus, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has news. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 30: Good plan!
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is thrilled with the results of their scheme, as she’ll tell Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) hiring Jacinda (Paige Herschell) was a genius idea. And we couldn’t agree more. Watching Drew get humiliated like that was one of the only times it hasn’t been painful to see the character on screen. Well, except for the livestreams at the Quartermaine crypt. Since Portia is so happy and so many people were recording the scene, we assume Drew’s body shot adventure is all over social media and the news sites.
This will lead to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) having an unpleasant homecoming. We assume she, as intended, finds Drew in bed with Jacinda. We imagine she’ll go straight to mom in her moment of need, and the pain Willow will be in is what gives Nina second thoughts.
General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 30: Lucky break
In related news, Laura and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) confer. While meeting, he’ll inform her that Drew himself might have already taken care of her Drew problem. Again, we’re expecting lots of media coverage of this little scandal. Especially since he was doing body shots right on the counter! After, of course, going behind the bar to grab the booze. This actually does make us wonder where the bartender was…
In any case, the news will definitely complicate the plans of Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who had aligned with Drew to take Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) property. Having scandal tied to them will not help win over voters.
General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 30: Update
Finally, General Hospital spoilers reveal Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has been busy at home while Sonny has the surgery. He’ll get an update from Carly, who’ll tell him about Sonny’s close call. This will likely shock Jason and make him and Sonny more determined than ever to find the enemy, deal with them, then find their way out of the business. We still can’t help wondering about Brick (Stephen A. Smith). Yes, he saved Sonny, but what is up with the lack of security? It shouldn’t be hard to have someone planted or have a camera set up. If he hadn’t noticed some blood outside a closet, Sonny would be dead. You’d think they’d be more careful. Especially since he learned Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue) was once married to Sidwell and they had a falling out about it.
