General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, April 24: Moment of truth
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Sonny prepares for his surgery after a couple of delays. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will be there, of course, as Dante says Sonny needs his family right now.
Elsewhere, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is going full-speed ahead with her plan to be with Sonny throughout the procedure and recovery. Brick (Stephen A. Smith), of course, will be involved as well. He is one of the few that knows about Sonny’s condition, and he is a big part of Sonny’s business. So, he obviously wants to keep an eye on things.

Elsewhere, Brook Lynn is alarmed. Might this have something to do with a conversation Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) has with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis)? It seems she has not given up on the whole secret about Dante and Brook Lynn’s baby. We assume she’s turning to Lucas to get some perspective from the adopted child’s point of view. Personally, we think she really needs to stay out of things that are not her business. Of course, Brook Lynn is also likely very upset that the place who supposedly found a home for her baby no longer exists, so they can’t use it to adopt. And there will be little chance of getting info now, should she want to search for her child.

In other General Hospital spoilers, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) issues a warning to Ric. Apparently, this is a clash over Ava Jerome (Maura West). We all know Ric is all in for a relationship with her. Heck, they’re even blackmail partners. But Molly, understandably, will likely have issue with the company Ric is keeping. It’s one thing to let go of hate and move forward not consumed by anger and revenge. It’s a whole other thing for her father to be sleeping with a woman who is partly responsible for what happened to her baby.
In the promo, asks if she won’t be in his life if Ava is. Now, we don’t believe she’ll cut Ric entirely out of her life. He did almost die and she was devastated by the accident. Still, this is not going to be good for their relationship.
