‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Monday, September 30: Looking ahead
First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Liz opens up to Terry. Now that Lucky has been rescued, he’s sure to be heavy on her mind. As well as the concerns about their son. So, she’ll talk this all over with Terry. Terry will question if Liz sees a good side to Lucky being back.
As for Lucky, he’s playing the blame game right now. Based on the shot in the promo, he’s clearly talking to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins). He’ll tell her he could have stopped all of this from happening. Now, we think he’s taking way too much blame here.
It’s not like he could have prevented the bombing that put Lulu in that coma. But we do see where he’s feeling the guilt about Lulu’s condition getting so dire. If he’d been home, he would have been able to donate to her sooner.
So, he’s going to have a lot to work through as he figures out what’s next. Based on those scenes where he hallucinated Elizabeth, we believe he definitely has a lot of regrets. And he’s like re-evaluating his life.

Elsewhere, there’s some fallout from the big rescue mission. We saw Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) kiss just before Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) guards took them from their cell. And we believe Anna is struggling with that and what this could mean.
In the promo, she tells Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), “I think this mission was more than I expected.” That’s putting it mildly! We’re curious to see what Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) reaction will be if she learns about that kiss.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Monday, September 30: How bad is it?
In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) briefs Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). Clearly, Robert wants the details about this operation that helped bring Lucky home. But it does lead to issues, as Brennan will want to know how worried he should be about Holly.
We think that should be a “very worried.” Sidwell was out for blood after what happened and she’s still got the diamonds she stole from him. So, we will not be shocked to see him show up in Port Charles eventually.
Plus, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) makes his feelings clear. He’ll be talking to Holly and it won’t be a friendly thing. He’ll tell her flat-out he doesn’t believe her. And why should he? She’ll obviously be lying to cover up her stash.
