‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for the week of Monday, July 8 to Friday, July 12 reveal the moment of truth is here for Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) makes a promise. Plus, Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) begins his campaign. Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For the Week of Monday, July 8 to Friday, July 12: Finally?
First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Cody comes clean. This has been a long time coming! We’re not sure what finally makes him own up to lying about that DNA test. We do know, however, he’ll admit to having lied to “all of you.” That line will come during a talk with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
We’ll see if that’s before or after the encounter he’ll have with Mac. We can see him finding it easier to talk to Maxie first and her encouraging him to tell Mac, but this show does love to surprise us once in a while. More of that in a minute…
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For the Week of Monday, July 8 to Friday, July 12: Promises
As for Anna, she is determined to get evidence against Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). In the promo, she swears to someone she’s going to walk out of Valentin’s place with that satellite phone. We assume she’s speaking to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). He’s the only other one who knows about Valentin’s involvement with Pikeman.
We wonder, however, if this is a promise she can’t keep. Valentin has always struck us as being smarter than this. We wouldn’t be shocked if he’s setting a trap for her. Or, at the very least, he’s hidden the phone somewhere else after her visit. He has to know he’s in a dangerous spot following the failed hit on Jason.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For the Week of Monday, July 8 to Friday, July 12: What are they thinking??
Finally, Drew starts his campaign. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal this is where the surprise we mentioned earlier comes in. When the promo for Monday, July 8 featured Sasha talking about something ending in disaster, we did not see this coming! Apparently, Drew and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) get just a little too close and Sasha sees them.
We know some fans have been commenting on the weirdness in the Willow/Drew interactions of late. We just didn’t see this possibly going that far. There have been no problems lately between Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
And Drew and Michael are related, so the idea he’d even think about betraying family like this is yet another betrayal of the character. They just keep piling on reasons to hate Drew. And do we really need another possible issue between Willow and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)? Or Nina and Drew, for that matter?
