‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) make a great team. They’ve settled into a nice friendship, despite their rocky start. Dev couldn’t do anything right during his first days in Port Charles. From annoying Joss in general, to saying some insensitive things to Joss about Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt), these two have already weathered a lot of turmoil so far. Will this lead to romance?
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Enemies to more?
Usually, two characters fighting the way Joss and Dev did is a huge red flag. TV shows, books, and movies are filled with the enemies to lovers trope. In Joss and Dev’s case, they didn’t do the stereotypical kiss in the middle of a fight. Instead, they’ve slowly come to understand and respect each other. This was no more evident than on Thursday, December 12th.

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) had every reason to be wary of Joss visiting Mike Corbin (Max Gail). He has, after all, been having more bad days of late than good. On Thanksgiving, he even got physical with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) and destroyed some food in the process. We’d be a bit wary ourselves, especially about Joss going alone. Lucky for her, she didn’t.

As if he had a sixth sense, Dev was already there visiting with Mike, who believed him to be Sonny. The real Sonny’s appearance led to a case of mistaken identity that looked volatile. Showing how good a team (and how similar they are), Joss and Dev didn’t miss a beat. They displayed maturity beyond their years in talking Mike down. They seemed to handle Mike’s latest crisis better than some of the adults. So, where do we see this going?
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Complicated romance
We see this friendship building slowly over time, until one or both feel differently. We think they’ll hide it for a while, fearful of drawing unneeded attention Dev’s way. Finally, we think Sonny, Carly, and Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will clue in and be unhappy about it. Jax will likely be angry with Sonny for bringing this boy into Joss’ life, and they’ll probably get in the way to avoid Dev’s true identity from coming out.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Rooting for them
We love this pair, and we think the actors are doing a great job, especially with the Mike angle. Their chemistry is obvious, and we would love to see this happen. We think that their friends, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will support them as well, maybe even cover for the pair as they inevitable need to sneak around.
