Earlier, we reported that Real Housewives of Atlanta, NeNe Leakes has been served papers in a lawsuit with her boyfriend’s ex-wife. She is currently dating Nyonisela Sioh and his ex-wife claims that Leakes is the reason for their break up. This is why she is serving her with a lawsuit. Leakes doesn’t feel as if she is the one to blame, however.

As soon as she was served for stealing this woman’s man, NeNe had a reaction of her own on Instagram. She did a Live with her fans to express how she was feeling about the situation. She told her fans, “There’s a lot going on in the world. I’m already out here a husband stealer, and this is too much. Ain’t nobody out here stealing husbands. Are they? I would never. I have seen a lot of single people and nobody wants to steal nobody else’s problems. So nonetheless, I love you guys.”

The lawsuit was filed by Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh on May 23 in the state of North Carolina. It reads, “Leakes and Sioh engaged in an ongoing, romantic, uninhibited, and adulterous affair without her knowledge or consent. Sioh repeatedly lied to her about his whereabouts.” Tehmeh-Sioh then added that she “faced embarrassment, humiliation, and disgrace.”
She pointed out that Leakes was adding very intimate pictures of the two of them all over social media and this was the most embarrassing thing of all. Tehmeh-Sioh is looking to rake in about $100,000 for damages from Leakes for “alienation of affections and criminal conversation.”
We all saw Leakes going through quite a tough time when her husband, Gregg Leakes was diagnosed and then died from colon cancer. When she and Sioh went Instagram official, it had only been three months since Gregg had died.
Of course, there have been plenty of rumors that she moved on too quickly or that the couple had been seeing one another before he died, but Leakes denies these rumors. Her close friends have even said how great they are for one another and how well he treats her and supports her through everything.
