‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that the entire town of Genoa City is all business dealings now, and there’s hardly any drama outside of that. Sure, there’s the who charade with Dominic and the parental battle between Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), but no one cares about that.
We want to get back to the old days where they shot each other, slept with each other’s wives, buried people, and all that good stuff. Instead, we’ve been in a world of business dealings and crap that no one cares about and it’s becoming very boring.

Hearing about the characters in “meetings” and taking care of “that client” is all very dull and nothing good is coming out of it. If anything, it’s unappealing because most of us don’t even understand that word, and even then, it all seems very false and unalive.
Surely, when you own a company like that it’s just not having “meetings” that last for 30 minutes and then you have sex in your office. I’m no CEO of a media company though I guess. That’s what it is though, not only is it boring, but it’s very anti-climatic and doesn’t feel real at all.
Sure, it’s a soap opera and it’s supposed to be nutty, but at least make it entertaining and exciting. Shoot some people, blow up a building again, have a huge setup where someone loses a finger, I don’t know! Whatever they’re doing now though isn’t working. If I have to sit through another business deal where they toss around money like it doesn’t matter, I might throw up.
