Even if you do not have TikTok installed on your phone, you’ve probably heard the dreaded island boy song. You know the one I’m talking about. While two brothers have made it big on the app, it looks like they’re not prepared for live performances.
In their videos on TikTok, they constantly change the lyrics, lose their place or even skip words, yet for some reason, they continue to upload these videos. Though, we all know the reason why. Even if people are ‘hate watching’ these videos, they still count as views, and their views were blowing up.
It looks like people are finally able to tell them to their faces that they don’t care for their music. During a live performance at Club LIV, the two brothers were boo’d during their performance of the hit song.

Others mocked the duo in the comments of the clip, “The chances of the Island Boys being dope is like Eminem standing next to Mother Teresa — Slim to Nun.”, “Everyone who dared to attend the event deserved that 
“, “That’s an L for the promoter that paid these guys to perform a tik tok” and “It musta sounded better in their heads, when they were in the jacuzzi.
.”
However, there were some words of encouragement like, “I can’t laugh at them yeah they look like clowns but it takes courage to go up there and at least try.”
Can’t argue with that, they did step onto that stage not knowing what would happen, unfortunately, they found out that talent and performing is a lot more difficult than making TikTok clips. Could this be the decline for the two brothers or will they continue their TikTok empire and make tons of cash doing it? Maybe they’ll just skip out on the next live performance.
