A TikTok video has gone viral after it showed one TikToker (@transgirlssenpai2) accusing another one (@gloomyf41ry) of using transgenderism as a way to make money.
TikTok Video Goes Viral After User Is Exposed For Pretending To Be Transgender-‘I Guess The Truth Is Out’
According to @transgirlssenpai2, known as Angel, the other user had decided to set up a GoFundMe on this basis rather than to allow other transgender women who may be struggling with their identity to benefit from such finances.
In the video here, we can see the accused dancing in some female clothing. The TikTok user, though, was not impressed. She captioned her video with the following comments: “She was my mutual too. I’m disgusted and hurt.”

The video instantly went viral and had over half a million views. The consequence of this was that @gloomyf41ry had no choice but to come out and reveal the truth. Accordingly, the user had this to say: “So, I am not trans… I guess the truth is out.”
On current reflection, it is clear that the person was out of order for lying about their sexuality. And yet, it is important to bear in mind that the user was only 15-years-old.
Although that is no defence to the action, it may explain why somebody would want to make up such a thing in order to garner attention. Nevertheless, Angel was not having any of it.
She replied: “A lot of trans girls would’ve looked up to her and been very insecure about certain features that she had that were very similar to a cis woman.
“To see a lot of unrealistic beauty standards as a trans person on someone who is faking it is very, very damaging.”
The response on social media was much the same. People simply could not comprehend why somebody would make this up. After all, it was only a matter of time that this was going to come out.
One person wrote: “Literally why do people pretend. [It’s], not a trend and [it’s] not a lifestyle [it’s] who we are,” while another stated: “I physically can’t comprehend lying about that.”
