Sarah Ferguson Might Be Brought In As A Witness In Prince Andrew’s Sexual Assault Case
Alleged sex trafficking victim Virginia Giuffre says she was forced to have sex with him at the London home of a friend of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, according to court papers.
Virginia’s attorney provided photos of Fed Ex receipts confirming the delivery of the lawsuit to the Duke of York’s attorney, Andrew B. Brettler, of the law firm Lavely and Singer. Federal law states the prince has 21 days to respond, or he could face a default judgment in the case.
What’s more, Virginia alleges the 61-year-old prince forced her to have sex when she was underage at the London home of the late Jeffrey Epstein‘s longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell.
She also accused the prince of abusing her around the same time at Epstein’s homes in New York City and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Now it looks like everyone and anyone connected to Prince Andeew – including his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson – are going to be dragged into this mess with him.
Bradley Simon, a former federal prosecutor in New York, told The Sunday Telegraph, “They’re going to ask for a kitchen sink. They’re going to seek every correspondence, phone logs, emails, diaries. They’re going to go after people who were with him. It’s going to be open season.”
Many royal critics commented on this situation with, “If Fergie knows what is good for her, she will keep a very large distance between herself and Andy Pandy. He might have designs to sacrifice her to get out of his own mess,” along with, “Sarah Ferguson as a character witness. You really can’t make this stuff up even worse now can you?”
