    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for November 18th reveal a lot of suspicion for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Besides that, it looks like Julian Jerome (William deVry) makes a choice while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is under severe pressure. Plus, we’ve got Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) on the edge and Michael Corinthos (Duell) has another blow. Let’s see what the teasers and promo reveal.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For November 18: Questions

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Sonny is suspicious. Name the subject, honestly. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), for example, is hiding something from him.

    However, we believe he doesn’t quite buy Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) confession. Other teasers and the promo deal with the Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) situation, so our bet is on this being what is the problem for him.

    Elsewhere, there’s that other situation Sonny has questioned. Namely, Julian and his part in the Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) situation. That secret’s still hanging over his head, thanks to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

    After getting trapped into a job, Julian tried using some info to get out of it. However, it doesn’t look like it’ll work. One, Julian has to try a new tactic. Secondly, Cyrus says he has no one to blame but himself.

    In other news, we saw a softer side to Britt on Tuesday. She seemed very genuine in her upset about the new rash of drug overdoses/deaths. It looks like she might be in over her head, as heading a front clearly doesn’t seem to be her intent.

    We should get more confirmation of that Wednesday, as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) believes she’ll do the right thing when the time comes.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For November 18: Blowup

    This fake affair thing escalated fast. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal the cat’s out of the bag, and it will get ugly tomorrow. Willow demands to know why Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) would do something so awful and teasers indicate she’ll get furious.

    So is Michael. He demands to know how Carly can know the truth and not tell him. Will this ultimately bring him and Willow even closer together? We think so. They won’t know who else to trust now, as they’ve just been massively betrayed.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For November 18: Save attempt

    Finally, we’ll see Nikolas claim he ordered the hit because he knew Ryan had to be dealt with. Sonny points out that if you take a shot, you can’t miss. We really don’t think he will buy this story. There are too many things in play for that, and this can only end badly for Nikolas.
