’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers introduced us to Ed Brown and his girlfriend, Rosemarie Vega. Now that the couple has broken up, Ed is trying his hand at dating again. It has been a tough road since losing the love of Rose, but he has started to open up more about his weight loss journey and Klippel Feil syndrome which he has been suffering from since childhood.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Ed’s Big Changes
Since we last saw Ed on 90 Day Fiancé, he has lost 21 pounds and keeps pushing to lose more weight. He hired a fitness coach and a dating coach to try and get himself ready mentally and physically to be back in the dating pool again. He is now on a mission to tell his fans that life does start with self-love.
He told fans, “I think loving yourself every day is getting up in the morning and accepting you for who you are. I mean, I still dye my hair, I still get my eyebrows done. I’m very conscious of my physical fitness and I don’t like getting old, I don’t like looking old or being old. And I didn’t like my dad bod. So I’m getting rid of that. I’m trying to, you know, recapture my youth.”

Ed has been hiking a lot more and he is boxing with a professional MMA boxer in California. “He puts me through these hours and a half rigorous boxing lessons as well as weight training.
I mean, you sweat a gallon of water, it’s insane. So between hiking and boxing, and managing my intake since the start of episode one, I’ve lost 21 pounds.” Ed is referring to being on the new 90 Day: The Single Life discovery+ show.
From the first time we saw him on 90 Day Fiancé, we all knew that Ed was a different kind of man. He is a little over the top and doesn’t care about societies rules the way others do.
He told fans that self-esteem is not easy for him. “I’m really amazed at the impact that I , because of the show, can have on people’s live. I went viral on Tik Tok, and I’ll have 8-year-old kids walk up to me and go, ‘You’re a legend.’ And it just blows my mind… but they look at me as some kind of hero. And in some way, empower them through accepting who they are and loving themselves then that’s my win. And that’s something that was completely unexpected.”
