No matter what Sumit Singh has done to Jenny, she has just let it go because of how much she loves him. She moved to India to be with him, but now it has come out that she has pretty much done nothing to assimilate into her home.

When Sumit told Jenny that he wanted to go back to working six days a week, she was shocked. She asked him what he expected her to do. She doesn’t just want to sit at home, but according to her, she has not learned the language and she doesn’t really know how to get around in India.

Living there with Sumit for many years, one would think that she would try to assimilate into the culture and language in the country that she is living in and this has really struck a nerve with fans of the show.
Sumit has encouraged Jenny to do a lot now that she is living in India. She has tried to cook once and the meal turned out horribly, so she hasn’t tried again. The couple eats a lot of take-out food and dines out in local restaurants too. The biggest issue is that Jenny can’t do anything by herself in India. She leans on Sumit for everything.
Reddit users started in on her quickly and one wrote, “I won’t learn Hindi, I don’t like different sex positions, I refuse to clean the house, I’m afraid to buy groceries alone, I can’t cook. You need to be with me 24/7… Oh, and I don’t want you to get a job ever!” Another added, “Seriously if my house looked anything like hers, I’d consider myself a failure and I work. She doesn’t even do that.” One more added, “By two years, Jenny should know basic Hindi to shop at the market.” Jenny has been living in and visiting India for over a decade, so why does she not even know the basics to get her to the market and back?
Will Jenny ever be able to go out and shop on her own? We will have to wait and see if she can do it on the new episodes of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After. The show airs on TLC on Sunday nights.
