    Jackie Chan shared shocking news on his Instagram with the news that Jimmy Wang Yu had passed away. Jackie wrote about the contributions Jimmy made to Kung Fu movies and the support he gave will always be remembered. He finished the post by sharing a photo of the two of them together.

    Jimmy was part of classic Kung Fu films like ‘Dragon’, ‘The Man from Hong Kong’ and ‘Master of the Flying Guillotine’.
    “I received some shocking news today on Ching Ming Festival, Jimmy Wang Yu had passed away. Another martial arts hero has left us…. the contributions you’ve made to kung fu movies and the support and wisdom you’ve given to the younger generations will always be remembered in the industry. And your movies will always remain in the hearts of your fans. We will miss you! Rest In Peace 🙏🙏🙏🏻”

    Jimmy passed on April 5th at the age of 80. Rest in peace and thank you for your contribution to the genre.
