‘General Hospital (GH)’ spoilers reveal Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has been a big advocate for getting Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) out of there. And she’s got good reason. However, there was a bit of a complication in the ELQ situation Friday. Brook Lynn herself seems poised to learn the truth. But what will she do with it? Let’s take a look at the two options she has.

First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Austin might genuinely feel for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and have real concern for him. We do think he was being for real about not wanting Chase to risk his progress thus far by climbing up those stairs at the gatehouse. We also think he’s coming from a genuine righteous place when he called out how wrong what Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) are doing is.
To be honest, Austin strikes us as the kind of guy who’s so moral and so anti-big city drama/lies that he can’t see shades of grey at all. And there shouldn’t be any slack shown to those who do wrong. We think that’s one reason he’s so dead-set of reclaiming that inheritance.
Because he knows a change was definitely intended. Anyway, On Friday, Chase seemed to give Willow one last chance to be honest with him. When she didn’t, he decided to help Austin. And he did find proof Austin has a legit claim. There’s just one problem. Brook Lynn caught him out of his chair and with some papers in hand. So, what’s next?

First, General Hospital spoilers reveal the big argument for leaving Austin out was it was a man’s last wish. It should be honored, and fought for with everything available to them. However, those papers prove the opposite of what the family believed those wishes were.
If she were standing by her argument, when she sees the proof for herself, she should inform the rest of the family and do what they need to do to honor the new will. However, we don’t know if she’ll go that route.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Option 2
To be fair, we do think Brook Lynn will be torn when she realizes Austin is, in fact, fighting for what’s rightfully is. However, he’s also someone who can blow up her baby scam. Before catching Chase, she was even stressing a bit about when the time comes for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) to reclaim her child.
This is why we think her fear of Austin realizing what happened that night might outweigh any family loyalty or pesky last wishes. There’s a real possibility she’ll be furious with Chase and might even do something to the papers just to make sure Austin goes far away. We’ll see.
But this option is definitely looking the most likely. Especially with Storms back in the picture. Maxie will likely return to Port Charles soon, and the risks are going to be greater again. Because you know Maxie will likely try to see the baby again. She just can’t help herself.
