If there is one celebrity that the entertainment world will never forget, it’s most definitely Naya Rivera. The former Glee actress presumed to have drowned in Lake Piru in California earlier this month. Both Naya and her four-year-old son Josie.
Her body was found and identified on July 13th. She was only 33 years old. And now her ex-fiance Big Sean paid tribute to the actress, calling her one of the biggest heroes he has ever know. Here’s what he has to say.
Big Sean Pays Tribute To Ex-Fiance Naya Rivera
According to reports, it is believes that the actress was able to help her son get back into the boat but unfortunately could not get in herself right before she drowned. Big Sean, who dated Naya back in 2013 and 2014, paid tribute to his ex by posting several photos of her on his Instagram account. He captioned them with, “Rest In Peace Naya, God Bless your Soul!
Thank you for blessing us all with your talent and presence. you are a hero! Not just because of how you saved your son, also because of the barriers you knocked down for so many people to make them feel confident in themselves and to stand tall and be proud when they couldn’t achieve that on their own.”
He added, “I appreciate and cherish everything that ever happened between us for making me wiser and a better person. I’m still grieving and in shock, I can’t believe this is real. I’m praying for you and your family and I know your watching over them and protecting them. Rest In Peace Naya.”
Of course, it didn’t take long for his fans and social media followers to react to his post. Many commented with, “Beautifully said, sending you so much love Sean. She was a hero and a beautiful mother and a beautiful soul,” along with, “We know you are hurting so much because of this but do know that Naya touched a lot of lives. She was an incredible human being. May she rest in peace.”
