ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate we may just be reaching the end of a plotline that’s been going on for a while. In the latest promo for the show, which was available on the GH twitter account, we saw them talk about the Baby swap. So, what’s this mean? Here’s what you need to know.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Weekly Spoilers Update: The beginning
The promo took us all the way back to 2018, when the night in question took place. We watch Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) and Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) play out their individual stories until they finally collide. In a moment of utter stupid and desperation, Brad agreed to take Nelle’s baby and pass it off as their own.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal the couple’s happy beginnings with Wiley before devolving into the mess that came after. Especially once Julian Jerome (William deVry) became aware of who that baby really belongs to. It’s been such a long road, with a lot of false hope for the end of this farse. But will the writers finally give us the reveal this week?
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Weekly Spoilers Update: Outlook decent
In the promo, they pretty much promise as much. We see the pair’s car accident play out, as well as the aftermath. In particular, the talk Julian and Brad have outside once Brad wakes up. Finally, we see it go to new footage. One scene has Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) say he remembers something from the night of the accident. We also learn that he wants to talk to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). He’s, of course, the real father of little Wiley, and Lucas found out just before he went into that coma. We really can’t see them being this cruel as to say the truth will be revealed and not do it. But who knows? Still, let’s look ahead and see what it might mean if they do.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Weekly Spoilers Update: Consequences
Obviously, Lucas will feel horrible when he remembers. We honestly can’t see him keeping it to himself, as he’s a pretty stand-up guy from what we’ve seen. We also know he’s related to some of the players here, so the keep quiet would be awful. After he does remember, we see Lucas being so hurt and betrayed, he and Brad will be done. In addition, it’s all but a given that Brad will be a massive pariah after the truth comes out. In addition, we’re sure Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) will take a bit of time out from his mob war to… deal with the situation. And by deal, we mean Brad and Julian better hope their insurance is paid up. Because they’re going to be in dire need, assuming he lets them walk away.
As for the rest, we see this being a harsh blow for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), who’s bonded with the little guy, believing he’s her son. We remember remarking on the nerve it took to go to a bereaved parent meeting and pretend like her son is dead. Sadly, Willow will soon experience the real thing, and it could have her rethinking a lot of her life. Even if the actress sticks around, we expect she’ll at least think about leaving town.
