‘General Hospital’ (DOOL) spoilers tease that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) hasn’t gotten the all clear yet. As a matter of fact, it looks like she is in grave danger as the mystery of whether Kendra is responsible for her poisoning leaves a ripple effect across Port Charles. Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ co-head writer Dan O’Connor explains it like this to Soaps in Depth, “Neil is connecting the dots between Kendra and Alexis’ illness, but Kendra has covered her tracks incredibly well. When Neil shares his theory with Alexis that Kendra is the culprit, it takes her a little bit of convincing to seriously consider Kendra a potential suspect in her poisoning.”
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Alexis Is Not In The Clear Yet
Co-head writer Chris Van Etten adds about Alexis Davis, “She does not know this woman from Adam, aside from the fact that she has been her personal trainer and life coach for a short period of time. And in that short amount of time, she has proven herself nothing but invaluable and level-headed and a real boon to Alexis’s state of mind. So, it takes a bit of convincing and a bit of introspection, with the help of a very smart and incisive psychiatrist and potential love interest, Dr. Neil Byrne.”
With that said, Neil thinks that his theory will be proven when they get the results back on the pill that Kendra gave to Alexis Davis. But the lab report shows that it’s harmless. That’s when Alexis is thrown in for a loop. Van Etten further explains, “Neil has helped her examine the subconscious reasons why she might have invited Kendra into her life and how those reasons are connected back to the events in her past, like the similar relationship that she had with Julian’s sister, and whether he inviting Kendra into her life has anything to do with residual feelings for Julian. But by the time they get the answer back that the pill is just ginko biloba, she doesn’t know what to think.”
