‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoiers mostly deal with the exit of Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) as well as the fall out for Eve Donovan’s (Kassie DePaiva) coverup of Claire’s crimes. If you missed it, let’s catch you up in today’s Days of Our Lives recap.
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Victor’s solution
Victor Kiriakis is hanging at Casa Kiriakis when John Black (Drake Hogestyn) arrives. He came to break the bad news about the situation with Claire. Victor, upon hearing this, is shocked and thinks he and John could stand for some bourbon. He keeps it hidden under the couch because of Maggie Kirakis’ (Suzanne Rogers) issues. We love.
John seems somewhat amused by the man himself, as Victor begins plotting how to get Claire out of the country. He’s also furious about Eve’s part in things and is going to take care of her his way if things don’t get done. Have we mentioned we love him yet? Cause, yeah. Anyway, John assures Victor that the best thing to do now is to allow Claire to stay and face the consequences of what’s she’s done. He also assures Victor that Eve is going to pay.

Days of Our Lives spoilers: Busted/Cleared?
Speaking of Eve, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal), Hope Brady, and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) are also angry that Eve allowed this to happen. They’re determined to make her pay, so Hope meets with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) to give him the phone that is proof of Eve’s conspiracy. He has it put away in evidence, but when he and Hope are talking about later, she suggests that he puts it somewhere Eve can’t easily access it. He agrees, but it’s too late.
See, Marlena and Ciara are stopping in to visit with Claire when they catch Eve with our firestarter. She’d been concerned about her and had made it clear to Claire that killing herself would not have been the answer. She even shares how she once tried to take her own life, but she got through the situation and things got better. This bit of heart isn’t enough to stop the fury of Ciara and Marlena. They tell her that there is evidence that proves she is lying about having nothing to do with covering up these crimes. Claire even tries to back Eve up, but they’re not buying it. They end up throwing Eve out of the room.
Later, Eve is at the station when Eli confronts her over a certain missing item. Eve plays stupid, but Eli insists that he logged it himself and evidence does get misplaced there like that—unless someone with access has something to gain. Eve again denies the accusations and threatens Eli’s job if he keeps throwing around these “lies.”
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Goodbye, Claire
Claire spends most of the episode waiting to learn whether she’ll be admitted to Bayview or face charges. While she waits, she gets plenty of visitors. As we mentioned, Ciara is one. Claire is shocked that Ciara would bother to visit, but Ciara says that she loves Claire. They reminisce about when they were kids and Ciara ends up admitting that she was always jealous of glamorous world traveler Claire. Claire can’t believe what she’s hearing, but it seems like the two are going to part on good terms, and with a new understanding of each other.
Also visiting are Belle Black (Martha Madison) and Shawn-Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer) are devastated still by what their daughter did, and how they weren’t there to see she needed help. As they wait for a decision from a judge, they apologize for this and promise that they’ll be here for her from here on out. Claire is upset that she’s messed up their lives, but they don’t mind.
Eventually, word comes that Claire is going to Bayview, and will not face a trial. Before she’s wheeled out of the hospital, the other characters we mentioned come along and say their goodbyes. Ben tells her to trust the doctors and avoid the oatmeal. Ha! Gotta love inside tips. Marlena and the others promise to visit as well. Haley Chen (Thia Megia) and Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) even stop by to see her, apologizing for the hurt they’ve caused her.
