‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Y&R Actors Reveal Favourite Teams
It’s Super Bowl Sunday and today is the one day of the year where the whole day is structured around the biggest spectacle in sports. Seeing as Super Bowl LIII played between the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Rams is held on CBS, your favourite Y&R actors took this as the perfect opportunity to showcase their favourite teams as well as some of their traditions on game day.

Y&R Spoilers: Who Does Your Favourite Actor Supporter – Patriots or Rams?
- Melissa Ordway, who plays Abby Newman supports the Patriots in this showdown.
- Kristoff St. John, who portrays Neil Winters, is going with the Rams.
- Lexie Stevenson, who plays Cane and Lily Ashby’s daughter Mattie Ashby, goes for the looks: she likes the looks of Tom Brady.
- Eric Braeden, who of course plays the charismatic Victor Newman and is also one of the most iconic figures in Soap Opera history, is a big Rams supporter. In a different interview, Eric relates how he’s been a Rams supporter since coming to America from his native Germany circa 1970 and supporting the Rams back then. Of course, the Rams moved to St. Louis from L.A, only to recently move back to their “homeland”. Braeden is very happy to see them back and to see them in the Super Bowl.
So when it comes to declared support, it’s a 2-2 tie. If you’re wondering what your your favourite Young and Restless actors do as Super Bowl tradition, let’s take a look:
- Peter Bergman, who plays the charismatic Jack Abbott, like to eat and eat a LOT. Oh, he also like a LOT of beer. Staying true to the Abbott working class roots on Super Bowl Sunday, aren’t we Peter?
- Lauralee Bell (Christine Bell Williams) likes to throw a party. Simple enough right?
- Gina Tognoni, who plays the love-to-hate or hate-to-love Phyllis Summers, loves to make her signature turkey chilly on game day. Oh, and did we say that it’s famous? Please pass some over Gina!
- Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren Fenmore Baldwin) likes to make veggie burgers, and veggies hot dogs. The actress looks in phenomenal shape, so maybe it’s safe to say that the veggie life does indeed work like magic!
- Jordi Vilasuso likes his onion dip.
- Christian Le Blanc (Michael Baldwin) like Jambalaya and raw oysters. Say whaaaat?
