‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that Eileen Davidson has been popping in and out on Y&R as Ashley Abbott. Fans, however, have been asking for a return on the main cast for the dashing blonde beauty. Is a more permanent return to GC in the works? Here’s what we know so far.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: What Happened To Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) On Y&R?
Eileen was recently back on canvas as she shared scenes with Peter Bergman (Jack Abbott). This was when Jack was planning to take a trip to Paris (on the family private jet, no less) to visit his sister. And while a lot of the drama in Genoa City has revolved around the return of Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and the Newman family lately, there’s a few surprises in store for Jack, too.
The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Jack will make a decision that will change the Abbott family forever. In other words, there’s going to be plenty of drama as not everyone will agree with this move that Jack is about to make. When Jack went to Paris, he managed to surprise his sister with a very special surprise. As she showed him around her My Beauty empire, Jack was left quite impressed with what he saw. Also, the brother and sister duo had a lovely al fresco lunch in Paris, with Ashley quizzing Jack about business deals back at home and why he decided to visit her on the whim.
Even though they’ve had their fair share of problems in the past, there’s no denying that Ashley and Jack have a very special bond. As a matter of fact, Ashley can sense that something is bugging Jack and that he was hiding the truth about his visit. With that said, there’s a very strong possibility that Jack might ask Ashley to team up with him at Jabot.
Together, they would be an unstoppable force, especially since they’ve got Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) on their backs. But for now, it seems like Ashley will remain in Paris to take care of her share of things. Will Ashley Abbott return to Genoa City as a mainstay character? Right now, it doesn’t look likely but things can change at any time.
