‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers tease that Theo Vanderway’s (Tyler Johnson) climb to the top of Jabot won’t be coming very easy for him. As a matter of fact, he’s making quite a few missteps, which has plenty of people concerned, including his uncle Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Here’s what you need to know.
As many ‘Young and the Restless’ fans know, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) recently returned from Paris just to find her family disarray at home in Genoa City. But she did get an opportunity to meet and get to know the new “outsider” to the fam, Theo Vanderway. Eileen immediately connected with him, just because she knows where he is coming from and that she’s also been in his shoes before. In fact, Eileen offer Theo a job to work with her back in Paris. That’s just how impressed she was with him.

However, ‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers tease that Jack Abbott will be livid when he finds out that Theo has accepted Eileen’s offer. He’s only been with Jabot for one hot second and he’s already packing his bags and headed to France. Peter doesn’t like this for several different reasons. The first one is that Theo didn’t tell him first and the second one is that he had to hear the news from Eileen.
Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), meanwhile, points out that Jack might be upset not because Theo has taken up the offer, but because of his connection to Dina. Jack probably wants Theo to stay just so he could find out more about their family’s history and some of the secrets that their mother Dina might still be keeping from them. Do you agree?
