‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that it will be a battle between father and son like no other. ‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Eric Braeden Opens Up On Escalation of Hostilities Between Victor & Adam!
As a matter of fact, even Adam might have realized that he went a step too far by declaring war on his family according to ‘Young and the Restless’ co-executive producer and head writer Josh Griffith. He tells CBS Soaps in Depth in a new interview, “Adam claims that his anger was fueled by the family siding with Nick during the custody battle but Victor has lost all patience with Adam. He remains suspicious of Adam’s attempts to extend an olive branch.”
Meanwhile, actor Eric Braeden, who plays Victor on the hit soap, says that his alter ego is sympathetic to Adam’s situation and that he doesn’t want to cut off all ties to someone who has been acting like the black sheep of the family. Eric tells the publication, “He feels very badly about how alienated Adam feels. It wasn’t Victor’s decision that Adam be raised by his mother. Victor was left in an orphanage, abandoned, so he understands what Adam feels, not knowing his father during his formative years.”

Eric adds that deep down Victor understands what Adam is going through and his saddened by it. So does this mean that the moustache is willing to give his son a second chance?
