‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, September 3 find that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) has a new title at Jabot after Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) decides to take a little time off for himself. Also, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Jack catch up while Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) runs into Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). Here’s what you need to know.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: At Society
It begins with Victor and Jack talking about the return of Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) in Genoa City. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is there and makes a snarky comment about how the two of them together. In the other corner, Zoe Hardisty (Anna Grace Barlow) introduces herself to Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) and the two take a selfie.
Victor tells Jack that he feels as though he failed his son Adam but at this point there’s no turning back in trying to fix the damage. Victor then makes a comment about how Jack looks like a man that has it all put together. At least, from the outside. Victor takes a call from Nikki. Phyllis then joins Adam at the bar and tells him about her plan for payback. Adam clearly wants Phyllis to stop talking and tells her that she has no idea what she’s talking about.

‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: At Nick Newman’s place
At Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) place, Nikki Newman (Melody Scott Thomas) admits that she’s worried about Chloe being back in town. Nick insists that he’s happy with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and tells his mother that she shouldn’t worry. Nick also says that he has no intentions of taking Connor away from Adam.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: At Crimson Lights
At Crimson Lights, Adam sees Sharon. She expresses her concern for him but Adam is clearly not wanting to talk to her. She defends her decision to not accept his marriage proposal. Adam says that Sharon is lying to herself and won’t admit that she wants him. Sharon then sees Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), who just witnessed what went down between her and Adam. He offers to arrest him on the spot but Sharon says that everything is fine. Sharon tells Rey that she thinks he’s sweet but leaves.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: At Kola’s place
Back at their place, Kyle is surprised to find out that Lola spent time with Zoe. Rey arrives just when Kyle says that the shower broke. Later on, at the Abbott mansion Jack tells Kyle that he needs to take a break for some time and that he wants to make him the new interim CEO at Jabot. Kyle is surprised by the offer but says that Jack can trust him. Jack says that he knows Kyle will make him proud.
