Univision Rubí spoilers indicate that sometime the kid is the smartest one of the bunch. Okay, we’ll be real. Usually, we’re not a fan of kids in novelas. Usually, when they appear, they’re an instrument of trouble and complications for others. And they’re annoying while doing it. There is the rare exception here and there, though. This time, we think we’ve added another to our list. Here’s what you need to know.

    Rubí spoilers: Example one

Here’s one reason Fernanda Pérez Ochoa (Valery Saís) is smarter than the rest. We mentioned in another article that Arturo de la Fuente (Lisardo) is after Cristina Pérez Ochoa (Tania Lizardo). He’s offered her a job in his house which seems more an excuse for time together than anything. When the drama with her mother’s death and boyfriend’s arrest started, Arturo was there with Pizza and beer—and a sympathetic ear, of course. He’s even offered to do what he can to help her.

The strange thing is, only Fernanda and Rubí Perez Ochoa (Camila Sodi) seems to notice. In the most recent episode, Fernanda questioned all the time Arturo is spending there. She all but said he’s after her mother, but Cristina blew it off. She assured the kid that he was just her boss and is trying to help them. Score one for the kid.

    Rubí spoilers: Example two

There’s also the way Fernanda sees Cayetano (Antonio Fortier) differently than her aunt. She doesn’t care that he’s a poor driver. For someone much younger than her aunt, she’s got a much better perspective on the situation. All she cares about is Cayetano is nice and treats her mom well. Meanwhile, all Rubí can see are the dollar signs attached to a guy, and we’ve seen where that’s led her. She’s now lost the guy she really loves, and she’s stuck trying to get free of an abusive hothead, while also dealing with another guy who orders her to get to work when she’s in mourning, then gets jealous of her pursuing someone else. It’s not a great track record, especially since there’s no real commitment going on in the second situation. This girl just can’t learn.

    Rubí spoilers: Tricked

We’re not sure if Rubí knows who she’s really speaking to in the future. Rubí spoilers indicate she’s anxious to continue telling her story to “Carla Rangel” (Ela Velden). Why, we don’t know. One doesn’t resort to kidnapping unless they have a very powerful motive for telling their story. Does she sense something? So far, Carla’s managed to ruffle Rubí’s feathers some, and we think Rubí’s control of this interview is only on the surface. We’re guessing that any time now, Carla will be ready to talk. Especially after her husband was found attacked in the latest episode. He’d been on his way to find her, as she never came home as promised. Seeing him in that state will have to be a massive shock, and we’re sure she’ll use it against Rubí. For any other soap opera and entertainment news, please visit Daily Soap Dish.
