‘Welcome to Plathville’ Spoilers indicate that Micah, Moriah, Max, Ethan, and Olivia all went skating down in Tallahassee. Micah was especially excited to go, he was also excited to try out all his new accents that his diction coach was ubdoubtedly trying to get him to learn.
I think this may have inspired Moriah and Max to ‘kiss a lot’ as Micah commented on, after all, one annoying trait from a sibling deserves another. These three would have been just fine hanging out on their own, but as it turns out the skating was all Olivia’s idea.

Micah commented that Olivia is the one that usually ends up suggesting fun things for them to do as a group and Olivia agreed. She also did this for Ethan’s benefit.
Ah yes, the dark cloud that is now Ethan Plath rolled into Tallahassee, and promptly said that if he had to live there he would go nuts. Tell us how you really feel, Ethan! Of course that really came as no surprise.
There was also the thing that they talked about in the car, Olivia asked him what would make him the happiest and Ethan said that life was too complicated and named a lot of things that would definitely make him happy – but none of those included Olivia, which she immediately took offense to because apparently to Olivia having her relationships at a good place is tantamount to her. For Ethan, relationships are… just things that exist, it seems.
That’s no shade to him, that’s a testament to how he was raised. Either way, it looks like when Ethan actually let his hair down and let himself have fun with his siblings and Olivia that he ended up being okay, but it was certainly touch and go for awhile.
However when it comes to moving, it looks like their best bet would be to find another small town like Cairo just without Kim and Barry in it, which wouldn’t be too hard to find if they were just willing to look hard enough.
It looks like Ethan does his best thinking when his mind is also physically occupied by something else, which might actually be a useful tool in whatever therapy route they end up taking. Also, can we just talk about how Moriah has zero coordination on quad skates? Stay tuned!!!
