Tim lives in Dallas, Texas currently, but his girlfriend is in Columbia. He is ready to move there so that he can be closer to her.
TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’ Spoilers – Making a Big Move
Tim and Melyza met while she was working in Texas as a nanny. The two of them really hit it off and he knew that he wanted to be with her. The problem was, she couldn’t stay in Texas. After returning to Columbia, the two of them still kept in contact and soon fell in love. We will see Tim flying to Columbia to see her and his thoughts on moving to Columbia to be with her.
TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’ Spoilers – Tim and Melyza: Some Shocking Events This Season
Tim told Entertainment Tonight, “You know, every relationship has their trials and tribulations and we’re no different. And there’s just been certain things that have transpired over our relationship that has been…made her more hesitant with moving to the United States permanently. So… moving to the U.S. is not completely off her radar, but it’s just been based on what we’ve been through in our relationship. It’s kind of made us reevaluate where we are gonna be together. And I’ve never had an issue thinking about moving to Columbia at all.”
He continued, “But you know, ultimately there have been things that have transpired in our relationship that you will find out about, that have affected her trust in me and her trust in the relationship in general. So, she’s never been desperate to get out of her situation in Columbia or anything like that.”
Tim also told ET that he was not afraid to blame himself for these trust issues and he asked her to give him another chance. “And I feel like that’s something the viewers are going to find out about as well as how much did I…how much have I actually been fighting for her, and how much have I been complacent?”
In the spoilers for the new season, we see that Tim is just gushing about how beautiful Melyza is. He still seems a little in shock that she gave him attention at the bar, where they met. “You know, I honestly think what made her give me a chance in the very beginning was just that I’m genuine, you know? I’m goofy as hell. And I’ve really learned to embrace that and accept that about myself. I think it was just the goofiness and the fact that she was able to see that I was trying and I was being goofy because I don’t have any game.
