It shows the couples first meeting and really getting to know one another. Some of the couples will meet for the first time on the show and they get a chance to show fans what it means to live so far from one another.

Season four of Before the 90 Days has six new couples. One of these couples is made up of two women, Stephanie, who is 29 and from Yonkers, New York, and Erika, who is 24, and from Australia. Stephanie and Erika met online and have been talking to each other for about three months. They plan on meeting up, but their families have something to say about it! There are also secrets between these two and we will find out that they have some medical issues as well. Fans of the show will be very happy to find out that there is a same-sex couple on the show!
Another couple on the new season is Geoffrey, who is 41, from Tennessee, and Varya, who is 30, from Russia. Geoffrey recently went through a bad divorce and he lost his son tragically. He wants to take a trip to see Varya and the two will meet face to face on the show. Another couple who is trying to make things work are Avery, who is 32, from Washington and Ash, who is 30, from Australia. Avery is a single mom who wants to meet Ash, but the show has pointed out that there are some trust issues with these two already! We are very excited to see what is in store for the new season.
