TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers reveal that we all saw it coming from a mile away, but the 90 day couple who have caused the most controversy in the past week, Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee of 90 day fiance the other way, have broken up.
After this week, we all kind of expected that this would happen because of what happened with Deavan’s daughter, little Drasilla, now age 4 (age 3 at the time of filming) running out into the street. While Jihoon tried to hold onto her, little Drasilla wanted to be let down so he let her down but neglected to hold onto her hand and when that happened, she took off running for the street.

Deavan had her hands full with Jihoon’s other son at the time, Taeyang, according to her she was putting him in the car and even though it wasn’t captured on camera, there was actually two instances where Drasilla ran off, and after the second time is when all hell broke loose and Deavan let Jihoon have it and reduced him to tears on the street, things ending with Elicia, Deavan’s Mom, threatening to kill him if anything happened to her Granddaughter.
Of course, this sparked social media outrage because according to Deavan, this was a bad editing job by TLC and things only hit the fan that badly after Drasilla had ran away a second time, but the end result is splitsville. In the wake of all that has happened, Jihoon has posted to his social media that he wants everyone to leave Deavan and Elicia alone and stop sending them death threats. Because that was a thing, yike!
Fans have speculated ever since last week when Jihoon posted a cryptic “I’m done” to his instagram. Everyone thought it may have been the relationship with Deavan. Also, according to her youtube channel, Deavan has been back in the states for months with the children.
So this wasn’t the only instance of speculation swirling around Deavan and Jihoon’s relationship. According to sources, Deavan actually has a new man, and he’s based out of LA and does not want anything to do with 90 day fiance.
These sources also say that, unlike Jihoon, he has more steady employment and generally is on a different, more advanced page than Jihoon was back in Korea. But that kind of begs the question, if he wants nothing to do with the show does that mean that he’s an immigrant too? Just because someone lives in LA doesn’t mean that they’re necessarily from there.
All i can say is, we can only hope that this relationship is more of a right fit for Deavan. While we’re at it, we hope that he passes Elicia’s white glove test as well, because as we all know she has rather high standards and she’s not above threats. We’d hate to be covering a real murder trial. Stay tuned!!!
