TLC 90 Day Fiancé spoilers: Before the 90 Days just released a trailer for their new spin off. This will be the fourth season of this show and we were introduce to a few of the new couples. One of these couples is Stephanie “Stepanka” Matto and her girlfriend. Yes, this is the first same sex couple on any of the TLC shows! On the new season of Before the 90 Days, we have seen a lot of couples make it and some that did not. This show tells us the stressful times that can occur when the couple is trying to get a visa and get to know one another much better. Stephanie is dating a woman all the way across the globe and fans have already started to love this couple! Stephanie does have some health problems that could make it more complicated to be with her girlfriend though.

On one of the trailers, we will see her mother ask her if she thinks it safe for her to even go see her girlfriend. Clearly, her mother is worried about her sickness and flying across the globe. She replies to her mother, “With my health condition, a common cold could kill me”. Her mother then asks her again why she is doing it. Is it all for love? What is Stephanie’s condition? She has aplactic anemia. What is that? Basically, her bone marrow doesn’t produce new blood cells anymore. This means that she is constantly tired and has many other symptoms. This type of anemia is not easy to treat either. She has certain medications that she takes in order to keep the complications to a minimum because it can be fatal.
Stephanie has been very active as a YouTube celebrity and she shares her experiences of this illness online. She has written books and models as well. She has been working on getting the money for a bone marrow transplant and finding matches so that she can start to feel better. She has volunteered for many experimental treatments as well. She wants to do anything possible to start feeling better. On Before the 90 Days, we will see her traveling to Australia to see her girlfriend. We will also see some of the struggles these two have to go through in order to be together.
