TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?’ spoilers indicate that on tonight’s episode it was clear to see that Karine was not doing well. It was clear that she was having some kind of episode and she needed something that neither Paul, nor his Mom, could provide.
I am not defending Paul’s actions one bit because up until what happened on-camera we don’t know what happened between them and there could have been any number of things. I will commend Paul’s Mom on saying that there was two sides to every story and not automatically taking his side, even though he is her son, she acknowledges that he has faults. That’s a good thing.
TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?’ Spoilers- Lead up to a breakdown, the Paul and Karine story
Paul let us in on a bit of what Karine’s been doing that we haven’t really been privvy to on their social media battles. He said that there was times when Karine would lock herself in the bathroom for 5 and 6 hours at a time which, honestly is not normal. I mean, I get that sometimes a Mom needs a break from their children, but 5-6 hours?
My question is, was little Pierre even being taken care of during that time? Because this time it looked like he was asleep, which is fortunate, and then Paul’s Mom came over and watched him while Paul went to try and talk Karine down from whatever she was going through, but that’s… one time. The way Paul had talked, this has happened a lot more than just once.
Karine would not even begin to explain to Paul what was wrong. She shut down every attempt to talk to him, but she did assure Paul’s Mom that whatever the problem was, it had nothing to do with her. I’m glad she did that because if I was Paul’s Mother I would feel incredibly awkward walking into that situation.
I’m not sure if this was a show for the cameras or what, but it looked like Paul was honestly trying to get Karine to talk to him. Karine was just in a funk all the way around, if she did say anything, she didn’t say anything in front of the cameras.
I honestly expected Karine to be on her phone, but she really wasn’t. She was just sitting there and it really spoke to her mental state. I’m worried about Karine, and I hope that she’s found some help. We’ll keep you updated. Stay tuned!!!
