‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&) spoilers indicate that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) has started talking to a mannequin. A mannequin that looks like Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle), we kind of all saw this coming a mile away considering how obsessed he was with Hope in the past and how he has continually gotten shot down because let’s face it, Hope’s just not that into him.
The only reason that she’s even in his life is because of little Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) and all she wants to do is co-parent this kid. She doesn’t want Thomas and has told him time and time again.

But I guess, one can only withstand rejection so many times before, to quote Sirius Black, one ‘goes round the twist’, and loses sanity completely, which is where it seems that Thomas is headed. You want to feel sorry for the guy, but at the same time, Thomas makes it kind of hard to feel sorry for him.
He’s schemed and lied to get Hope, especially when he kept the whereabouts of little Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez) a secret for months, knowing that she was alive and knowing that he could have ended her pain at any time but choosing not to do so, because he thought that would somehow make her choose him over the love of her life, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). So it’s no wonder that Hope wants nothing to do with him.
But now, that pain that he caused has come back to bite him in the form of, you guessed it, insanity. No matter what he does, he can’t have Hope, he can’t even get her to hook up with him for a one-night stand (although God knows its not for lack of trying!), so now his mind has decided to play tricks on him and make him think that the mannequin is talking to him.
So where is this going to lead, are we going to see Thomas dragged off by the men in white coats, or is he going to manage to Thomas Forrester his way out of this jam as well? In an interview recently, Thomas’s actor, Matthew Atkinson said that Thomas is displaying signs of paranoid schizophrenia, but could there be something else at play? Will they end up playing the brain tumor card after all? Stay tuned!!!
