Everyone always says that Hollywood is a small world, but we had no idea that it was this small! That’s because This is Us star Chrissy Metz recently revealed that she has a very special connection with Days of Our Lives star Linsey Godfrey (Sarah Horton). The two lovely ladies are not only best friends, but they used to be roommates, too!

Apparently, Chrissy and Sarah go way back! They used to live together back in 2005 when they were starting off in Hollywood. Chrissy ended up joining the cast of one of the most successful dramedies on television while Linsey has had a successful run on The Bold and the Beautiful before joining Days of Our Lives.

Chrissy Metz told Soap Opera Digest, “Oh my gosh. Is she a doll or what? We used to live together. We shared a room in Burbank. I basically watched her grow up in the business, and she was always so talented from the moment I met her. Living with her, we had a lot of laughs together.”
And yes, Chrissy does like to tune in to daytime television whenever she’s not busy filming This is Us.
Chrissy added, “Oh yeah, I watch her during the day when I am at home. But I’ve never been to a set, which is kind of sad. I would love to see her in action. Since she’s on an NBC show now we’re both on the same network, so I’d love to see that happen. She’s just wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about Lins!”
With that said, we can’t help but wonder if Chrissy watches the show with her current co-star and former soap stud, Justin Hartley. Ha! Days of Our Lives airs weekdays on the NBC network.
