‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re ready to get a new week started on the right foot.
There’s going to be some interesting moments the week of Monday, September 16 to Friday, September 20.
It looks like Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will decide to hire Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) as Abbot Chancellor’s COO.
What will make this fun is Phyllis will take great joy in shocking Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) with the news.
Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) will play matchmaker by telling Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) that he and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) are truly special.
He’ll praise Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), but he’s a kid that wants his family together again. We can’t fault him for that.

Well, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers aren’t surprised. After the way Lily treated her son, Phyllis will be looking for a way to stick it to her, and Billy gave it to her.
Granted, Phyllis will work hard and be a great asset to Billy. She may even give him the edge over his upcoming war with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
But first, she’s got to make it through rubbing salt in a shocked Lily’s wounds.
Billy looks like he won’t know what to say, so we suspect Phyllis will go off script and be a little bit extra.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For the Week of Monday, September 16 to Friday, September 20: Connor wants his family back
In a cute moment, Connor will be the glue that’ll bring and hold his family together.
Adam and Chelsea will both be dealing with heartbreak after their mistake cost them their relationships. But we think Connor will have a different take.
He’ll tell Adam that he and Sally were great together, but Adam and Chelsea were even greater.
It’ll be his way of working through the latest change in his life, but we think it’s more than him coping. He knows Adam and Chelsea belong together and he’ll want his family back.
Of course, he’ll have to convince them of that since we doubt they’ll be much in the mood to start new romances.
Still, they know each other better than most, and it would be easy for them to come together.
They did it before when stressed, so why not again now that they won’t have to hide anything?
From the mouth of babes can come the greatest wisdom.
