‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) two-week spoilers reveal that the next couple of weeks in Genoa City will be filled with excitement, confrontations, danger, and soapy drama.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Week of April 20th to 24th
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)processes the news of her pregnancy as the couple plans their next chapter.
Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) learn that Malcolm is Holden Novak’s (Nathan Owens) father.
Meanwhile, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) feels helpless when she learns that the twins are not a bone marrow match for Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore).
Victor Newman (Eric Braden) tries to ruin Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) plans for Summers Conglomerate while Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) digs for dirt on Phyllis.
Later, the Mustache makes Phyllis an offer she may not be able to refuse, but is this another one of Victor’s tricks?
Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) discovers Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) in a “compromising position,” and once again Diane reads Jack the riot act.
Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) asks Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) for information regarding Malcolm’s condition. He’ll inevitably learn about Malcolm’s aplastic anemia and that he’s struggling to find a donor match.
Cane will make a kind gesture toward Lily and her family, so it looks like he’ll either use his connections to find a donor or be a donor match himself.
Phyllis and Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) exchange words, which won’t be pretty. Longtime fans recall that years ago, Patty poisoned Phyllis’s daughter, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), and Phyllis won’t let Patty forget it!
In Las Vegas, Nick drives under the influence of some very hard drugs with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) in the passenger seat. It should be a no-brainer that Adam should insist on taking the wheel.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Week of April 27th to May 1st
Adam probes Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani) for information while Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) may end up locked inside an abandoned gas station thanks to Matt. Matt has some dangerous plans for Sharon and Noah.
Diane may start to consider divorce, which will obviously send Jack into panic mode. Of course, Diane got the wrong idea from seeing Jack and Nikki together, but Jack’s explanation may not be enough to stop her from overreacting.
Jack and Nikki’s closeness, coupled with Diane’s discovery of Jack and Patty in bed on the boat, may prompt Diane to make a shocking decision.
Meanwhile, Holden confides in Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) about his sudden family ties. Claire, who understands complicated family dynamics, will be happy to give him some advice.
Lily will be extremely grateful to Cane for helping Malcolm. Will it be enough for Lily to forgive Cane for his many transgressions?
Y&R spoilers hint that Cane could be the donor match Malcolm is looking for. Will Lily be drawn to Cane if he saves Malcolm’s life?
