Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) takes Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) to the tack house to trick her into trusting her as she sets a trap for her devious aunt.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) worries for Claire’s safety. She confides in Nikki about her motherly fears. Will she try to stop Claire from going through with her plan?
At Ian Ward’s (Ray Wise) hotel room, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) helps Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) search for information that could lead to them learning Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) location or Ian’s partner.
Chance spotted lipstick on a glass and surmised that whoever is working with Ian must be female. Jordan soon realizes the cops are closing in on her.
Victor Newman (Eric Braden) becomes suspicious that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is keeping secrets.
He eavesdrops on a conversation that tells him some Jordan danger is brewing. Victor grills her on what she might be hiding.
Later, Victor backs Jordan into a corner. Does he lock her up like he did before? He likely protects Claire from committing an unthinkable act.
Sharon hallucinates and continues to try to make her daring escape to no avail. She was drugged with PCP but vows to get home to her family.
At Society, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) catches Ian bothering Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), so she promptly warns him.

Mariah makes a shocking discovery. It could pertain to Ian, or perhaps the dastardly duo has kidnapped Aria Porter Copland (Maddie and Millie Ingle).
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) starts a new chapter. Is it just us, or is this character repeating himself? Spoilers infer Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) has something to do with his “fresh start.”
More Ian and Jordan developments ensue. Nikki may be the one to try to kill Jordan, not Claire, despite Claire insisting she’s the one who must do it. Later, Victor questions Niki’s judgment. Not a good idea.
Victor and Ian also prepare for a significant Newman Ranch showdown. It could bring an exciting climax to this suspenseful story as spoilers hint that Ian may ultimately be shot and killed.
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) becomes suspicious of Damian Cane (Nathan Owens). He already knows he owns Monte Cristo. Will he find out something more?
