‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) is in a terrible position right now and is struggling with the truth that her mother, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is still alive.
Phyllis came back and gave Summer the unbearable responsibility that could land her own mother in jail or possibly set Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) free!
Now, Summer is walking a dangerous path. If she keeps her mother’s secret, there is a chance that Phyllis could work this out, meanwhile, Diane will continue to sit in jail and this secret would definitely come between her and her husband, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Either way, there is no winning for Summer. Way to go, Phyllis!

‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Will Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) Let It Slip To Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) About Her Mom?
There is no way that Summer is going to be able to contain this information, it’s just a matter of who she is going to go to with the information. I doubt it will be Kyle, and it could be her father, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), but in the end, I think Summer is going to do the right thing and tell Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) about what’s going on.
He is a neutral party and a cop, so he would probably be able to help Summer make the right decision. Because right now, she is being torn apart, and it’s really not fair to her. Phyllis’ selfishness has gotten her daughter into so much trouble now, and I don’t like it at all. You Phyllis fans have some explaining to do.
Summer will end up making the right decision and sadly, I think it will see Phyllis put in prison for a long time for trying to set up Diane and fake her own death, not to mention that she murdered Jeremy Stark (James Hyde), even if it was in self-defense.
