‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicates that maybe, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is going to rethink her hard pass. She said she didn’t ever want to work with or for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), but is this going to change?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Wrecked by Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)
Sally Spectra and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) started a design business together. They were searching for clients and ended up pitching some ideas to Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) of Chancellor-Winters. She liked their ideas and was thinking about hiring them.
Suddenly, as things were moving forward with Jill, the rug was pulled out from under them. Sally learned that Victor had talked with Jill and dropped the suggestion that it wouldn’t be in her best interest to hire Sally. Sally was furious to learn that Victor had interfered in her bid for the job.
Later, Sally and Chloe end up pitching to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) who do hire them for a job. Things are going well with that work until Victor interferes again.
He offers Sally a job, heading up a new design division at Newman. She says she has obligations to Chancellor-Winters first. To remove that obstacle, he sends Chancellor-Winters a new design team to take over Sally and Chloe’s project.
When Sally goes to Victor to accept the job, he tells he that he changed his mind, and the new design division isn’t going to happen. That leaves Sally in a serious lurch. There is no job at Newman and now no job at Chancellor-Winters. She and Chloe have to start from scratch.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Next Step
Sally thinks that she and Chloe will have to just start drumming up new clients. Then, Chloe is offered a position at Marchetti by Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). She decides to take the job. Sally really has nothing now. No clients, no partner, no job possibilities and it is all thanks to Victor Newman.
While Sally said no to Adam several times, she may be reconsidering that. Victor is the one who screw up her career path. Maybe she should join Adam and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) just to antagonize Victor. What do you think? Will Sally flip on this and how will Victor react if she does?
