‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that it has been revealed that Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) is Johnny Abbott’s biological mother, and it doesn’t appear that he is handling the information well. He was curious about it and wondered if things would change when Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) decided it was time to finally tell him that Victoria had adopted him and Chelsea was his real mother.
Although Victoria and Billy reassured him that nothing would change and that nothing would change, it appears that Chelsea has other plans in mind. She wants to start building a new relationship with him right away in order to fully capitalize on the good news.
Naturally, Johnny is going to find it very challenging to support this. Billy went to discuss the news with Chelsea, but Billy is regretting his choice. Chelsea knows that Johnny isn’t quite ready to have her in his life and just wants to move on in a positive way.

Even after all these years, it’s difficult to say if Johnny will ever want his biological mother in his life. It will be difficult for Johnny to accept, and if he does, how will it affect his relationship with Victoria? I’m sure that in 20 years we’ll be talking about this as though it were ancient history.
Billy will likely receive a large portion of the forthcoming teen rage for withholding the information, even though this news has been long in coming but will still have a significant impact on many people. Chelsea is currently jumping around like a puppy in a store window, which is probably causing Johnny a lot of stress.
