‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to get ready for the new year with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The episode for Wednesday, December 31 will give us a break from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) buying his allies.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will meet with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). They’ll talk about their love lives and then onto Victor.
Kyle will say he thinks Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is growing tired of Victor. Victoria will defend her mother, but will agree to try to talk Victor down.
She doesn’t think he can or will change his ways. At least she’s honest.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will pay Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and visit. She’ll be looking for every reason to hate him and call him a habitual liar thanks to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)’s antics.
He’ll tell her she should’ve waited to see him push her away, and after a little more arguing they’ll kiss in the new year.
Menawhile, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will be upset that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimees) checked out of Boston and left them. She didn’t even contact their daughter for Christmas.
Michael Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will comfort her, and by the end of things they’ll ring in the new year in bed together. That’s one way to do it.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Wednesday, December 31: Victoria will try
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are used to Victor surrounding himself with needy people who can be bought with approval or gifts.
So, Nikki refusing to do the right thing wasn’t a surprise. Victoria is much the same, but she’s stood up to him before. She even helped Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) usurp him before.
She’ll explain to Kyle that she doesn’t think Victor can change. So, she’ll try her best to convince him they can prosper along with Jabot.
It won’t work, but at least she’s honest in what she will and can do. Nikki should take notes.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Wednesday, December 31: Romance in the air!
Well, it’s nice to see new relationships bloom and old ones rekindle to start the new year.
While Cane has been trying to wear down Lily’s animosity towards him, she’s been tough. She doesn’t want to get hurt again and we don’t blame her.
But it looks like Cane will make some inroads and they’ll user in the new year with a kiss. Of course, five minutes later Lily will probably slap him and walk out.
She’s a sucker for Phyllis’ games and her own misery.
Tessa and Michael will finally take the plunge and get things moving on their end. It’s been obvious for a while, and there’s some potential for them as a couple.
Right now, he views himself as her mental health squeezy, so we’ll see how it works out.
