Wednesday, December 18 looks like it’s going to be a heartfelt episode as Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will think back to his relationship with his mom.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, December 18: Traci and Jack Remembers Dina; Nikki Promises Victoria Claire is Fine
It’ll stem from Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters)’s relationship.
Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will talk with him about how toxic Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams) was and offer her insight.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is worried about Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) dealing with too much.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will assure her Claire’s fine and proving herself to be a true Newman.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Wednesday, December 18: Family curse
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers loved Dina’s send off a few year ago and we miss her and Marla, but Dina left a legacy of mixed feelings.
Those will come back as Jack is dealing with trying to help Kyle and Diane’s relationship. He’ll think about the Abbott family curse and if it has to end with him.
Traci will be her usual supportive self as they talk. Jack will recall making his Christmas ornament with Dina and how great it could be.
This will be a touching scene with so much happening in the family. It feels like they’re building to having a reconciliation for Christmas.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Wednesday, December 18: Nikki assures Victoria
Victoria’s never been shy about her desire for Claire not to work at Newman with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
The lone good part is Claire is working for her mom, so she’ll ask Nikki about her. She’ll voice her concerns about Claire being faced with so much after having her life controlled.
To her, it feels like she’s losing her oldest child again. They never seem to have enough time together.
Nikki will ease her concerns by pointing out that Claire is handling it well. She’s proving herself to be a true Newman.
Claire reminds Nikki of Victoria with her drive and work ethic, and that should help Victoria some.
This will be another good scene, but we have a feeling this is something that’ll stick with Victoria. She’s been watching Victor side eyed for a while, and we don’t think that’s going to change.
The way it’s looking, it won’t surprise us if the Newman women turn on Victor and put him in his place.
