‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The episode for Thursday, December 4 looks like we’re going to see the end of Matt Clark (Roger Howarth)’s current storyline.
Things will get interesting when Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) tries to arrest Matt for drug trafficking. Instead, Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge) will betray him.
This will allow Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) to escape with Matt in pursuit.
We expect Burrow will overpower his former partner while the chase ensues.
Like expected, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be the hero as he’ll unleash his AI on The Shadow Room.
It’ll start as a threat to force Matt to tell them where Noah is, but when Matt refuses Victor will do his thing. At least this time Victor uses the power for good.
In the end, it looks like Matt will get away and we’ll have to wait another day for him to be brought to justice.
Given the show’s history, there will be two more storylines with him coming before the third act closes his curtain.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Thursday, December 4: Can’t trust a crooked cop
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers were curious is Burrow would be a standup cop, and he’ll be just that.
He’ll try to arrest Matt when his partner will turn on him. Her reason? The pay is better and Mat thought Burrow was too stupid to accept.
Despite outnumbering Matt and Annie, Noah and Sienna will take off. They’ll grab some crash and jump in a car. Matt will following them, and Victor will call him about the Ai threat.
Matt won’t believe him, but he doesn’t have anything to lose, so maybe he won’t care?

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Thursday, December 4: Underwhelming ending
We have to give Matt credit for knowing when he’s lost, as he’ll let Noah and Sienna go, promising it’s not over yet.
For now, it looks like losing everything will send him packing to regroup, and that’s due to Victor’s part. After all, no one but him can end a threat.
All hail Victor?
Anyway, we could see Matt again before too long, depending on when he far he goes and what plans he has.
With Newman enemies adding up once again, it’ll only be a matter of time.
Will Matt come back with a plan or random attacks? Let us know in the comments below.
