‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) is getting a lot of pressure right now to tell her husband Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) the truth about what’s going on and how Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is not actually dead.
As we know, Phyllis faked her death and pinned it on Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) so she would get locked up.
While things seemed to have been working for Phyllis, things have quickly taken a left turn and now with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) dead and Phyllis running out of options, she told the truth to her children, Summer and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) and now they are as much a part of this lie as she is.
Unfortunately, it’s really weighed on Summer.

There’s no secret that Summer and Kyle haven’t been doing the best over the last few months and their marriage already looked to be crumbling, but now, even if Summer does come clean and tell Kyle the truth about his mother, where does that leave their relationship?
I don’t think there’s really any room for them to continue after this and either way, Kyle is going to be absolutely torn.
Summer has both waited too long to tell him the truth and waited too long to make a decision about turning her mother in and freeing Diane that there is no way that Kyle could ever forgive that.
This marriage is heading towards collapse now and there’s nothing that can be done to save it. The small chance that Phyllis comes out and begs Kyle to stay with Summer because it was all her fault for bringing her into it is small, and Diane is still stuck in jail for nothing.
Love them or hate them, Kyle and Summer are not going to last and with the way things are now, Summer could even be implicated in a crime for keeping her mother’s secret.
