‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is doing everything she can to take down Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and is slowly turning into the bad guy.
Let’s be honest, her obsession with Diane is bringing down her own relationship with her daughter, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and degrading herself.
Meanwhile, Diane has been trying to live her life. She came back into her son, Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) and has been trying to right the wrongs she made in her life while also moving forward with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) again. Yet, Phyllis continues to press her on everything.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: So, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) Has Really Turned Her Life Around – ADMIT It
I know there are a lot of Diane haters out there because of the past. Well, I’m here to tell you that what she has done is nothing worse than what Phyllis has done in her own life, yet everyone praises her because she likes to confront people and goes over the top with everything.
Why do we give so much special attention to Phyllis while she’s slowly losing her mind and going down a terrible path yet belittle Diane while she’s trying to rebuild her life and mind her own business?
It doesn’t make sense to me, and to be honest, I’ve never been much of a Phyllis fan. She can be funny but she still acts like she’s a 17-year-old girl in the high school hallway. Let things go and quit talking about everyone. Of course, this is a soap opera, so what can we do?
At the same time, I’m seeing people slowly turn on Phyllis and embrace Diane. It really is interesting reading the comments on YouTube clips and Instagram. So, tell me, are we being too hard on Diane now and what should happen to Phyllis now that things are finally getting to a boiling point?
