‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set to close the week out in style and this episode looks like a fun character building one.
There’s going to some interesting discussions and decisions being made in this episode and they should give us some interesting problems to enjoy in the coming weeks.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For September 22: She hasn’t learned a thing
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has been on the fence on whether or not to take Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John)’s offer to hack into Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson)’s financial records.
She keeps saying she’s trying to change for years, and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will offer her a hand after he learns she has no job — he’ll offer her one at Omegasphere.
It’ll be something she can show the insurance company and work out a payment plan with them, but she’ll have to think about it. Which in Phyllis terms means no.
She’ll want the quick money to solve her problem so she’ll accept Tucker’s offer and get ready to hack into Billy’s accounts as soon as Tucker deposits half of the $2 million he promised her.
Yep, Phyllis hasn’t learned a thing and will never change.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For September 22: Diane wants Kyle back
Fixing family joblessness will continue to be a theme in this episode as Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will tell his parents he was fired, and talk will turn to him coming back to Jabot.
Of course, Kyle will state he’ll only come back as Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)’s co-CEO and if Jack fires Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Jack will be on the fence about this because he doesn’t want to shaft his brother, but Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will see that firing Billy will remove that issue and it’ll allow them to work with their son.
‘Young and the Restless’ think she’s definitely blinded by her love for Kyle, and this could prove interesting depending on how it plays out.
She may even work to fire Billy behind Jack’s back to get Kyle back, and that’ll send Billy into his dark habits.
As for Kyle, he’ll also be dealing with rejection after Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) informs him they were just having fun and that’s all. She’ll then tell him to go back to Summer Newman (Alison Lanier), but he’ll tell her that ship has sailed.
It’ll be an interesting moment as Kyle will have to figure out what he’s going to do as he’ll struggle with his natural instinct to run and hide.
