Everyone knows that Courtney has gone through hell and back. She lost her baby during the third trimester of her pregnancy. It goes without saying that right there is every woman’s nightmare.
Sally then threw Adam out the door. She blamed him for saving her life and not the life of their baby. Sally didn’t want to live knowing that their daughter had died. She had a complete meltdown over her baby’s death. And of course, she blamed everything on Adam even though he didn’t deserve to be treated like that at all.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that some time now has passed. Sally is starting to feel like herself again. She’s also starting to realize that she truly does miss having Adam Newman in her life.
Sally and Adam had a heart-to-heart. She told him now she feels. Life just isn’t the same for her anymore.
But then again, Adam is also grieving the loss of their baby. This hurt him where it definitely hurt the most. On top of that, he was being blamed for something that any partner would have done in his position. Plus, it is ultimately up to the doctors when it comes to whose life is going to be saved.

Sally now sees it all differently. She’s also making it no secret that she truly does miss having Adam in her life. Sure, she was also with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) during her pregnancy but with Adam, things are just different. She feels safe knowing that he’s there to protect her.
Will Adam give their romance a second chance? He was trying to pursue her for the longest time. But has he gotten over Sally Spectra and their relationship? Maybe.
Sally is setting herself up for heartbreak. Yet again. But this time it’s going to hurt twice as much knowing that the only man that’s out there for her doesn’t have the same interest anymore. What was she even thinking?
