Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Head Writer and Co-Executive Producer Josh Griffith teases big things for our favorite red head from Los Angeles. He told the publication, “Sally Spectra arrives in Genoa City after leaving behind a troubled past in Los Angeles. Lauren will hire Sally to be her assistant at Fenmore’s, but we will soon learn that Sally came to Genoa City with her eye on a much bigger prize.”

Meanwhile, Courtney Hope herself is very excited about what’s to come for her character. She also says that after speaking to ‘Young and the Restless’ co-executive producer and head writer Josh Griffith, she knew that she had made the right decision not only for herself and her career, but for Sally Spectra, too.
“He gave me a feel for what they were planning and wanting to do as well as hoping to do and I really loved it,” she enthuses. “When I first got on BOLD, Sally came to L.A. and was just really rarin’ to go with her career, but that all got derailed by some love drama. When everything was done at BOLD, I thought there was still so much potential left for Sally, so I’m thrilled that I’m getting the opportunity again to play that out.”
