‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to head off into the holidays with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will bond while decorating the Christmas tree.
They’ll bond over Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), and he’ll overhear Sally’s concerns.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will bury the hatchet for now.
They’ll try to get along for the sake of the kids and exchange gifts. He’ll give her a necklace that belonged to Marie Antoinette’s mother, and she’ll give him one of Hannah Arendt’s diaries.
He’ll tear up and talk about how they’ve overcome so many things against them while she’ll wonder if the necklace is his way to buy her forgiveness.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Wednesday, December 24: Billy’s turns a corner
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers love how Sally keep Billy honest, and she and Victoria will bond over him.
Mostly his shortcomings as he’s always angry and is positive when he’s trying to hide that he’s angry.
For Sally, he’ll remind her of her father who was a gambler and would double down. She’ll explain how she’s been betrayed so many times and she can’t handle being let down again.
Unknown to them, Billy will be listening from around the corner and we think it’ll really strike home what he stands to lose if he falters.
Sally loves him, and he’ll now see how important he is to her. With any luck, this will be a growth moment he’ll be allowed to hold onto and be a better person.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Wednesday, December 24: Victor wants forgiveness
There is no doubt that Victor wants Nikki’s forgiveness more than most things. But does he want it more than to make Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) suffer?
With a history of buying her love with extravagant gifts, she has reason to question his mindset behind the necklace. She’ll reiterate she’s done if he destroys Jack.
He’ll turn on the waterworks as he’ll see he’s losing her and talk about all they’ve overcome. In short, it sounds like he’s fishing for forgiveness without giving up his temper tantrum.
This will be a touching moment, but we’re glad Nikki is sticking to her guns. His feet need to be held to the fire for a bit longer yet.
